Motorcycle Accident

Marcereau & Nazif > Motorcycle Accident

We Know Bikes.  We Know the Law.  We Can Help.

We have represented hundreds of injured motorcyclists across California and have won millions on their behalf.  Why are we so successful?  We are not only experienced and award winning lawyers, but we are motorcyclists ourselves.  We know first hand what can happen when a careless driver turns left in front us, changes lanes without looking, or is looking at their phone instead of the road.  What might only be a fender-bender for a car can have devastating consequences for a motorcyclist.  Attorneys Rob Marcereau and Sy Nazif are co-founders of RiderzLaw.com, California’s top motorcycle accident firm.

imgresPrior to law school, Sy Nazif attended the American Motorcycle Institute in Daytona Beach, becoming an AMI Certified Motorcycle Mechanic.  After becoming a lawyer, he continued his passion for motorcycles, working for Aid to Injured Motorcyclists (AIM), the National Coalition of Motorcyclists (NCOM), the Coalition of Independent Riders (COIR), and the Confederation of Clubs (COC).  He is the chairman of Riderz Law Racing, which sponsors motorcycle racers in World Superbike, KTM Cup, and Moto America races throughout the state.
